Our story

Inspired in Spain. Made locally.

BITE45 started with a simple question: why should high-protein food feel like a compromise?

We brought together chefs, food stylists and people who love active living around one ambition:

Food that looks incredible, tastes even better, packs 45g+ protein and makes you excited for the next bite.

Every recipe starts with flavour, texture and satisfaction. Then we build in the protein, with 45g+ protein and under 500 calories in every sandwich, without losing any of the taste.

The recipes are created with chefs in Spain and the food is made locally in the UAE, so it reaches you ready today or ready for your freezer.
